When can I start the coding course?

You may start the course anytime! You can plan your schedule based on your own preference. Contact us to start the coding journey now!

Can I have time to think about it after the trial class?

Of course! You can take as long as you may. Please feel free to contact us via Whatsapp (+65 9615 3613) or email us at info@uniconcampus.com

Can I skip a level if i have prior coding learning experience?

Yes, you may. Please contact us in advanced and we will schedule a 1 on 1 consultation with you. We will further understand your child’s learning experience, learning goals and other requests in order to suggest the best coding curriculum for your child.

What do I need for participating in the online coding course?
  • For Junior (Age 4 – 7) – iPad/ Tablet, PC/ Mac (with webcam and a microphone) & a stable internet connection.
  • For programs suitable for age 7 or above, a PC/ Mac (with webcam and a microphone) & stable internet connection.
Some of the courses require specific software installation. The installation details will be sent after your registration.
Can I rearrange my class?

How can you ensure online class quality over in-person class?

In fact, the result of online settings is as effective as in-person classes. Students will be able to interact with teachers by talking via zoom and sharing screens with teachers. We provide 1:1 personalized learning. You are always welcome to book a trial class and see how your child reacts to online learning settings.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Place the items in your cart and click on secure checkout. Click on the button on the right side of the page to estimate shipping. Then enter your postal code and country. Customs fees that may be assessed in the destination country are not included in our shipping costs and vary according to the inbound country regulations

How long does it take to receive a package?

For local addresses, shipping will take anywhere between 5 to 7 working days upon confirmation of order and receipt of payment. Please allow for delays in shipping due to COVID-19 and the quantity of shipments in our couriers’ systems. You will receive a tracking notification once your package has been shipped.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Most of our orders ship within 24 hours! Depending on the time of year, some orders ship within a couple hours!

Can I modify my order before it ships?

You can if you are fast enough! Since we process orders quickly (most ship within 24 hours or much, much sooner!), you will need to call our Customer Care staff  +65 9615 3613 , or use Live Chat, so staff can check the real-time status of your order and let you know if any items can be added or removed from your order.

How long do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase.

I need to return an opened item that was received broken.

Please call our Customer Care staff toll-free at +65 9615 3613 , or use our Live Chat. When you describe the damage to them, they can assist with a replacement. Please save the box and all packaging paper as a claim with UPS may be required.

Can I return an opened item that I don't like?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! You can Whatsapp us by clicking on the icon at the bottom left of the page. Opened items can be returned for a gift certificate within 60 days of purchase. Some exceptions apply.
